After BMW’s 1998 takeover of Rolls-Royce, it soon became clear that the brand needed a new flagship to replace the Arnage-like Silver Seraph then on offer. Four years later, in 2003, Rolls-Royce revived the ‘Phantom’ nameplate for the brand’s only tour de force, a full-sized luxury saloon to shuttle the world’s elites.

Based on its own dedicated platform, the new Phantom made extensive use of lightweight aluminum in its construction, employing cutting-edge robotic manufacture and assembly, while maintaining the hand-finishing detail so well associated with Rolls-Royce. Following the styling cues of the experimental ‘100EX’ V16-powered concept, Rolls-Royce introduced the hardtop Phantom Coupe in 2008 — a lower, more dramatic take on the flagship saloon, without giving up an inch of its presence.

This particular car was delivered new from Rolls-Royce in Abu Dhabi, and spent its entire life since in Kuwait, before returning to the Emirates in 2026 and joining the Tomini collection. Finished in White over a Bordeaux leather interior, the car shows just under 12,000 km on the odometer and remains in excellent, well-kept condition, having recently completed a full service at AGMC Rolls-Royce Dubai. It comes complete with its original invoice folder and chauffeur’s copy, still carrying the paper trail of its life from new.
