With timeless styling and proven mechanical heritage dating back to the 1950’s, this twin-turbo wonder was to become the brand’s flagship vehicle for over a decade. A 0 to 60 time of under 6 seconds, paired to the plush interior and quiet ride, made the 2.5-tonne Arnage one of the most surprising Q-cars of its time. Its sister, the Azure, featured a convertible top without sacrificing much seating space, handling, or comfort.
Sit inside and you will find materials of the finest quality: burled walnut adorning the dashboard and doors, thick leather stitched with case, and solid metal trim all around, finished in a highly polished chrome finish. The highly insulated cabin becomes a space of utter serenity, even when driving spiritedly —for us at Tomini Classics, the all-British, 6.75-liter Arnage, Azure and Brooklands remain perennial favourites of our management.
This low mileage Azure started its life in Sarasota, Florida. Three years after it was sold new, the car moved to New York City, where it continued to be enjoyed for approximately 5,000 miles, receiving all scheduled serviced at the local Bentley dealer, Manhattan motorcars. Its third and final owner before us continued the tradition of loyal service (including sunroof work, and suspension accumulators), registering the car in Montana and driving it sporadically in Upstate New York. A supreme addition to any collection, this Azure presents a great opportunity to take on a car originally retailing for $250,000 USD when new.
