After Ferrari finished first, second and third at the 24 hours of Daytona in 1967, the nickname Daytona started to stick to Ferrari’s newly unveiled 365 GTB/4. A car worthy of such a nickname, as the 340 horsepower engine propelled this grand tourer to almost 300 kmph, and the Pininfarina design had influence on an international level.
