Unveiled in 2018 at the Geneva Motor Show, the McLaren Senna was conceived as the brand’s track-oriented flagship, named in tribute to legendary driver Ayrton Senna, who raced with McLaren-Ford between 1988 and 1993. A true racecar for the street, the Senna features active aerodynamics, with a special emphasis in downforce and a strong weight-to-power ratio, making almost 800hp in a monocoque carbon-fibre body weighing just 1,200kg, second only to the mighty McLaren F1.
The design language employed in the McLaren Senna is no less than striking —butterfly doors, rear wing, double-element diffuser, large air intakes and window panes at the bottom of the doors make for a unique shape that gives the Senna its very unique identity. Coupled with the 4.0L M840TR twin-turbo V8, a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, performance Brembo brakes and Pirelli P-Zero tyres, this makes for a wild track weapon to prowl city streets and adorn bedroom walls for generations to come.
This Gulf-specification Senna features a rare, full satin carbon-fibre body, MSO sports exhaust, Azura blue brake calipers, full body paint protection film, and custom MSO chrome livery, optional at the client’s request. A rather understated combination as far as Sennas go, this car has undergone all schedule servicing and is ready for its next owner.
