Following the vast success of the 365 Boxer of the early 70’s, Ferrari went a step further with the 512 BB. This new release still stuck to the Berlinetta Boxer traditions but sported a superior engine.

The 512BB, Ferrari’s second attempt at a mid-engined road car, quickly became the brand’s “wedge exotic” icon preceding the Testarossa dynasty. The carbureted, wet sump engine produced 335hp and was outfitted in a 900-unit 512BB production run lasting five years.
